We are a team of Miramar dentists and hygienists who work together so patients in Miramar and Mira Mesa receive great family dental care.

Dr. Shadi Kastenholz leads general and cosmetic dentistry, with extensive training in TMJ dysfunction and accelerated adult orthodontia. Dr. Amir Mostaghni is a board-certified periodontist and a member of the American Academy of Periodontology. Hygienist Christina studied dental hygiene at Fresno City College.

Dr. Kastenholz and her assistant Kenya are wonderful! They are so kind, accommodating, and always makes sure I feel comfortable during my visits. Dr. Kastenholz is also incredibly informative and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

Dr Shadi and Kenia were amazing! I came in for a new patient visit and cleaning. Dr Shadi was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and never rushed me, she was very gentle and caring with my cleaning and kept making sure I was pain free during my procedure.
